• Interview Preparation Services: Mock interviews, technical coaching sessions, DSA practice, system design walkthroughs, and HR round preparation for IT professionals targeting roles in Java, React, Angular, DevOps, Data Engineering, and related technologies.
• Job Support Services: Real-time assistance with technical tasks and challenges encountered in a professional work environment, delivered via screen-sharing and collaboration sessions.
• Career Guidance: General advisement on career transitions, resume optimization, LinkedIn profiling, and salary negotiation strategy.
• Freelancing Network Access: Introductions to freelance project opportunities through our professional network.

All services are delivered remotely via screen-sharing tools (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) or messaging (WhatsApp, email). No in-person services are offered.

3. Consultation Disclaimer — No Outcome Guarantee

RVK Tech provides educational and professional development services. We explicitly disclaim any guarantee of specific employment outcomes, salary levels, interview results, or career advancement. Our coaching and support improve a candidate's readiness and confidence, but all outcomes depend on the client's individual performance, effort, and circumstances beyond our control including employer decisions, market conditions, and interview formats.

Any success statistics or testimonials shared on this website represent historical aggregate outcomes and are not promises of individual results. Past performance is not indicative of future results in any specific candidate's situation.

4. Ethical Use Policy — Interview Preparation Only

By engaging RVK Tech services, you agree that:

• You are using our services solely for legitimate interview preparation, professional skill development, and job support assistance.
• RVK Tech does not participate in, conduct, or attend actual job interviews on your behalf. Any such arrangement would violate these Terms and RVK Tech's core ethical principles.
• You will not misrepresent RVK Tech's involvement in your professional credentials, claims, or interview performance to any employer, recruiter, or third party.
• You will not use our job support services to violate your employer's code of conduct or any non-disclosure or non-compete agreements you have signed.

RVK Tech reserves the right to immediately terminate services to any client found using our services for purposes that violate this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on rvktech.com — including text, HTML, CSS, graphics, blog articles, service descriptions, interview guides, coaching methodologies, and code examples — is the intellectual property of RVK Tech IT Consulting and is protected under applicable copyright law.

You may:

• Read and reference our published blog articles and guides for personal professional development.
• Share links to our content on social media or professional platforms.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of our website content without written permission.

7. Payments and Refunds

Pricing for RVK Tech services is discussed and agreed upon before each engagement via WhatsApp or email. Our general policy:

• Payment is typically required before or at the start of a session, unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations made at least 2 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling at no additional cost.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 30 minutes before session) may forfeit the session fee.
• Refund requests for services delivered are evaluated case-by-case based on the specific circumstances and the quality of service delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RVK Tech IT Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment, loss of income, missed job opportunities, or professional harm arising from your use of this website or reliance on our coaching and consulting services.

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to RVK Tech in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
