- We prepare — we do not impersonate: RVK Tech provides interview preparation, mock interviews, and coaching. We do not participate in or facilitate the actual interview on behalf of any candidate. Everything we do is preparation support.
- No fake credentials: We do not help fabricate experience, projects, or certifications on resumes. Our clients succeed because they are genuinely better prepared — not because they misrepresent themselves.
- Honest job support: Our job support service helps you understand and solve real work problems. We explain the solution so you learn and grow — not just hand you code you cannot explain.
- Confidential but not covert: We maintain strict confidentiality with clients, but we do not assist with any activity that violates an employer's code of conduct beyond the widely accepted practice of seeking external mentoring and coaching.
